MLIB provides the below shipping services. Please note not all services are available for each product type and all delivery time frames are estimates. Actual delivery time frames may vary due to weather, service delays, holidays etc.
USPS Priority Mail (2-4 business days)
USPS Priority Mail is an expedited option and the average delivery window is 2-4 days depending on the final delivery location zip code.
There is limited tracking with the final delivery made by USPS (United States Postal Service).
USPS Priority Mail may be selected for orders being shipped to a P.O. Box.
USPS Priority Mail will take a few more days for locations like Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or any orders shipped outside the United States.
This service is available for APO, DPO and FPO addresses and non-contiguous U.S. states and territories.
For shipments outside the U.S., your order may be subject to VAT (Value Added Tax), import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. MLIB ships your package DDU (Duties and Taxes Unpaid), and does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country’s custom policies, please contact your local customs office. Unfortunately, MLIB is not able to request for your order to be shipped by a specific carrier. Carriers are determined for each order by package weight and product shipping restrictions.
USPS First Class International (Average delivery time varies by destination)
USPS First Class International services provide tracking to certain countries when used in conjunction with Electronic Delivery Confirmation.
Insurance and indemnity are not available.
Priority Mail International (6-10 business days *to major markets)

MLIB may, but are under no obligation to, honor requests for refunds for the following reasons:
Non-delivery of the product: Due to an issue with the mail or courier service, you do not receive a delivery e-mail from us. Depending on the price of the product, MLIB may require you to first submit proof that you have submitted a report to the mail service or courier company describing the missing item;
Download issues: You have problems that prevent you from downloading the product. MLIB recommends that you contact the support team for your browser provider, as MLIB ensures that our software can be downloaded with all major browsers, and this problem usually arises from a customer’s issue with either their browser, firewall, or network;
Irreparable defects with the software: Although all the products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. This reason should be submitted to our Support Team for its approval of your refund request;
Product not-as-described: A request based on this reason is addressed on a case-by-case basis and subject to our approval. To prevent this kind of claim from arising, every customer is encouraged to check free samples ( in the form of video overviews, demo links, product samples, screen shots) of each type of the product offered before making a purchase.
Returns for shipped merchandise will be for the cost of the merchandise only, shipping costs are non-refundable. A refund will be sent back to the original form of payment for qualifying merchandise only. All merchandise must be unworn and unwashed and in the same condition received within:
- 30 days of purchase for US orders
- 60 days of purchase for all international orders
Exchanges must be made for like apparel of equal or lesser value. If the requested item for exchange is out of stock, the customer will be contacted via email. However, if there is no response within three (3) business days, the exchange will be processed as a return.
If you purchase new items to replace a return ahead of time, please provide your Order Number for validation.
We do not accept worn or washed merchandise. Any merchandise suspected of being previously worn and/or washed will be returned to the customer at their expense.
All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless MLIB was at fault for any reason. If the fault was ours, your shipping expense will be refunded to you. MLIB will only reimburse standard shipping expenses. Expedited or Express services will not be reimbursed.
